On Friday, December 27th, 2019, a solemn session of the Senate of the University of Sarajevo was held. That was completing the celebrating of the December days and the 70th anniversary of the University of Sarajevo.

The Faculty of Agriculture and Food Sciences was awarded with a PLAQUE OF THE UNIVERSITY  for outstanding merit as the founder and one of the first members of the University of Sarajevo.

At the ceremony, the Faculty of Agriculture and Food Sciences of the University of Sarajevo was also awarded with UNIVERSITY ACKNOWLEDGMENT for their outstanding contribution to the research and publication of research papers, and for the promotion of the scientific production of the University of Sarajevo in 2018.

On behalf of all employees of the Faculty of Agriculture and Food Sciences, the awards were proudly received by the Dean of the Faculty of Agriculture and Food Sciences, Prof. dr. Muhammad Brka.
