Students of the Faculty of Agriculture and Food Sciences, also with their teachers, carried out an expert visit to 86th Fair of Agriculture in Novi Sad, which has been successfully organized by the management of facultiy for 10 years. During the three-day stay (16th to 18th May) in Novi Sad (Serbia) students had the opportunity to visit several reputable companies in the field of agriculture. These are GROW RASAD (Irig), one of the leading companies for producing vegetable seedlings in the Balkans, then NS SEME (Novi Sad), Institute of Field and Vegetable Crops with international reputation, and HORSE STABLE ZOBNATICA (Bačka Topola), a recognizable complex with a long horse breeding history (with Museum). In addition, the students had the opportunity, through the informal part of the visits, to learn the touristic and cultural-historical sights of Novi Sad and Belgrade as part of facultative excursions. On this occasion, we thank the professors and students for successfully realizable visit, which is aimed to get acquainted and introduce modern concepts of agricultural production (science and practice).

In the perspective, we will certainly continue and we are now inviting students to take part for upcoming visit to Novi Sad (2020).
